The first round was a group assessement with other 5 candidates that consisted in single-presentations, logic tests, group exercises and one interview with the HR. At the call back, there was one round of interview, without business case.

Entrevista
Primo colloquio con HR telefonico, secondo colloquio con HR conoscitivo, terzo colloquio tecnico con responsabile. Il colloquio conoscitivo é molto tranquillo in quanto viene chiesto di parlare delle proprie esperienze, percorsi di studio ecc, la seconda parte é abbastanza impegnativa in quanto vengono poste domande molto tecniche
they asked me a ton of questions and i had to answer them accordingly in a span of 12 minutes only. Further, they asked me more and more questions and i had to answer them again.
Il processo di selezione Deloitte prevede tre fasi: prima chiamata conoscitiva con presentazione personale, successiva challenge proposta dall'azienda con successivo test di inglese, infine, se si viene selezionati, colloquio tecnico di approfondimento professionale e competenze.
