Entrevista
The selection process involves an initial interview with the HR team, followed by one or more case studies to assess analytical and problem-solving skills. Online assessment included situational judgement and numerical reasoning
One way interview included basic questions related to experience and scenarios
Assessment centre included a group interview (with 2 other applicants) and a one on one interview with a manager/SM -> with a case study
Processo molto diretto e supporto continuo dell'HR. Un colloquio Hr e un colloquio tecnico. Durata complessiva un mese circa tra application, colloqui e offerta. Esperienza sicuramente positiva e non stressante.
