Pretty straightforward and painless process. First had a 30 minute phone call with a recruiter, then a 45 minute or so virtual interview, and a final 3-hour interview that included behavioral questions and a role play. Be prepared for the role play, this was what killed my chances. Overall a pleasant process.

It was not too bad. They asked me why Dell. It was with HR, and it lasted about 30 minutes. They explained all the benefits, the role, and the process of getting trained for the position.
Easy 2 rounds interview. They ask you about your resume and why sales and why should we hire you. Some situational questions as well. Is not super complicated and its easy to amke it through

The interview process at Dell was relatively straight forward. Most of the recruiters were pleasant but it didn't seem like they were all on the same page as far as what kind of skills they wanted candidates to posess.
