Highly unprofessional way of interviewing. Made me travel 40kms one way and asked done lousy questions. The next day I got a feedback telling the profile does not match. Being someone who takes interviews day in and day out. I was appalled at the way they treat candidates. Not even minutest respect for your time. When You had the resume, linkedin profile what the hell where u doing, can't thou silent 10 minutes to check there profile match? Can't you speak over phone? Bunch of idiots. Panelists were dressed shabbily, one was wearing sandals not even shoes. I was well dressed in a blazer. That could have intimidated them as well.

Call with the hiring manager to cover the basics followed by a call with the hiring manager from the client. The call with the manager was just to make sure I have the basic PM skills they were looking for. The call with the client focused more specifically on how my skills match against the needs of the project they were staffing for.
