The process took 14 days. I was given a phone interview which lasted about 30-40 minutes. I was asked about prior customer service experience as well as a troubleshooting thought process analysis.

The interview process is 4 rounds and first comes the group discussion, next was versant test, next was the technical round and the last one was HR round .In every round they will select the people who are more capable for the role.

It's was a virtual interview for campus, rounds that we went through were Group Discussion, Manager Round, HR round, Versant test. They mainly checked you communication skills and confidence regarding how do you communicate and present your words.

Entrevista
The interview process is a multiple-stage process for hiring new employees. HR will contact you regarding the role and schedule the call. The 1st round would be with the leads in the particular team which is hiring you. If you qualify they will schedule 2ns round with Manager to whom you're reporting to and this entire process takes one week to 10 days.
