The hiring manager was fabulous to work with! The overall process was very cumbersome and it seemed as if the other people in the group who were part of the process were "blocking" the hire. It felt as if I were interviewing for the hiring manager's position, not the actual level of the job I was going for.

The interview that was taken by a senior manager in the company called Dell was very good and was above my expectation. The process was very simple, modern and interesting.

phone interview. for 15 min. Ask for the basic information: visa, commute, address ....progress too slow and pay attention to the phone ring. Or he will disappear. after all are general behavioral questions
Interview process consisted of some networking events organized by my university and series of behavioral interviews with the HR representatives - overall positive experience. Large emphasis on the networking events they hosted before the interview.
