The interview was done over the phone with my supervisor and two other of his colleagues. The length of the interview was about 30 minutes with round robin questions on both a technical ability and customer service interaction.

Phone interview which covered understanding of PC repair. Great emphasis on Customer Satisfaction and how to handle irate customers. Questions about previous work history. Do not expect to hear back from anyone soon. Process took about 3 months. Interview was basically a confirmation that resume claims were true.
