I interviewed at the Noida(India) office. The entire interview process was divided into 4 stages. The interview process started with answering Recruitment Questionnaire (RQ) which consisted of 10 behavioral and recruitment questions, followed by 1:1 telephonic round with the hiring manager. The conversation revolved around the questionnaire and your professional experience. This was followed by a n online Quantitative Skills Test aimed to measure patterns recognition skills, knowledge of trading strategies and various quantitative skills (ie. statistics, mathematics). The duration of test was 2 hours. On successful attempt of this round I was invited to take a Quantitative challenge which consisted of core mathematics(Linear Algebra, Matrix etc) and a Python programming challenge. Unfortunately, I could only make it till this round. I suppose the next round would have been the final round with senior team members of the company.

Round-1 (Personal Interview - Telephonic - 20 min) Basic Introduction, How can you add value to team? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? and 2 Behavioral Situations (How would you react?) Platform Used: Recruitee Round-2 (Quant Skills Test - QST -35 min) Pattern recognition, Numerical Ability, Vocabulary (Fill in the blanks) Platform Used: ondemandassessment (CriteriaCorp) Round-3 (Pyhton-2 hr, and Mathematics-1 hr) Python Programming: Correlation, Regression, Fitting of Curve, Time Series Analysis etc. Mathematics: To Assess Problem Solving Skills. Probability (Challenging Problems like Buffon's Needle) , Linear Algebra (Eigenvalue, Eigenvector, Rank of a Matrix), Optimization (like Cutting stock problem), Differential Equations Manipulation Platform used: Jupyter Notebook, zoom.us (For Remote Interview) Overall Great Experience interviewing at DeepR Analytics. They were very professional throughout the process of a week.
