It was a long process with 6 interviews in total. 1 initial screen with HR, 1 with the hiring manager, 3 technical interviews and 1 interview with VP and Architect. The technical interviews were not structured and did not comprise of any problem solving or coding challenges which I would have expected. They were basically general questions on design principles, best practices and microservice architectures. But a lot were just asked on the fly as the interview went on.
For such a long process, there was zero feedback given at the end which was frustrating.
