There were two rounds of interviews: an initial screening and a second round where I was asked to deliver a mini-class. Following that, I was asked several questions to assess my teaching approach, behavioural competencies, and understanding of basic machine learning concepts. The overall tone of the interview felt rather tense, and at times it seemed the focus was less on evaluating my fit for the role and more on testing my technical knowledge. I did not feel welcome or comfortable during the experience.
