The interview was held by phone, with a recruiter and the manager for the position. A series of questions were asked, which are on a standard internal form, and I had the opportunity to ask my own questions. They asked a lot about my relevant skills and experiences to the role, and why I wanted to work for Decmil, specificially. Following the interview, I had a medical done, and started work two weeks later.
