Was quite good, obvious that they are a friendly company who support each other to grow. Recruitment process is well-itended but sometimes includes a lot of "google questions" that made the interview a bit awkward.

If I had some things left to do but it was time for me to finish my shift, would I just leave or finish my work.
The interview process took around 1h but went very smoothly. Hiring manager was nice even though sometimes asked some tricky questions (but I mean, it's part of the process). Overall I would consider it average.

svolgimento di una prima chiamata conoscitiva tramite risorse umane seguita poi da un colloquio in sede con due figure responsabili di vendita e incaricati delle assunzioni. Molto poco tecnico e basato più su una impressione di facciata e personalità più che da vere competenze o esperienze precedenti
