Completed online application and scenario based questions on how I have driven sales through visual displays and managing a team. I then had a telephone interview which had similar questions but more relevant to Debenhams and its competitors. After the telephone interview I was invited to an instore interview with the store manager and regional visual manager. This was quite a lengthy interview with questions about my experience as a manager and how I deal with managing a team and driving sales.
