Panel interview with mostly behavioural questions, seemed like they had already made up their mind about a candidate and this interview was just a sham. they were not engaged at all.
Very professional, about conversations and a warm environment (which was great), rather than firing a bunch of off putting questions at you. This fostered getting the most out of the applicants I believe
