Started with some general questions about what I’ve worked on and why I’d want to join. The second part of the interview was technical where I was given a problem (leetcode easy) and asked to code live. Then we moved on to some basic SQL questions where I got to write a couple of queries.

Pregunta 1
What do you know about Dayforce and why do you want to work here?
There were 2 interviews, one was a phone interview asking about basic OOP concepts. The other was a technical coding interview where I had to code problems in java, html, css and sql.
Hard but fare I was pleased by the interviewer experience in Software Engineering, questions were smart and mindfully consttructed. I would come back again, than you a lot for such a nice interview.
Here’s a breakdown of the three steps:
1. **HR:** First, you’ll have an interview with the HR representative.
2. **Technical Phone Interview:** Next, you’ll have a phone interview with a technical recruiter.
3. **Online Coding:** Finally, you’ll have an online coding session with a team manager.
The entire process takes about 1:30 minutes, and the interviewers are very friendly and approachable.
