Very easy going and relaxed environment, had no experience going into the interview with the role concerned so all questions were competency based. Interview was a 1:1 with the line manager and someone from HR was there to take notes. Overall, very friendly and relaxed interview.

2 Interviews. Both interviews had a mixture of competency an strength based questions. The interviewer also asked questions about Davies the company and what they do and what they provide.
