This made it difficult to hit the ground running and fully understand my responsibilities from the outset. In terms of team dynamics, I noticed that communication could be significantly improved. There were times when critical information about ongoing incidents was not shared promptly, leading to confusion and delays in our response efforts. A more collaborative approach to communication would enhance our effectiveness as a team.
