Entrevista
Interview through UK recruitment agency. Process was quite straight forward. Was asked to introduce myself, say one thing that I am most proud of and one interesting fact. Then had a group activity where there were 6 people on a raft, but only 3 could stay, chose which 3 stay. Then finally a face-to-face interview with Dataminr staff where you had to prepare a presentation answering 3 questions:
Why Sales?
Why should Dataminr chose me?

Entrevista
I knew from the moment I walked through the door that I this firm would provide me with an invaluable opportunity to learn and grow my career alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry. The process took three weeks and consisted of a one phone interview and two in-person interviews. The interviewers wanted to get a sense of who I am as a person as fit was emphasized during the process. The 1:1 sessions were mainly conversational and the interviewers were transparent about the firm, the firm's goals, and my role.
I received an offer a day after my second 1:1 interview day. Accepting the offer was a no-brainer as the firm's culture, atmosphere, product and growth opportunities present a perfect opportunity for an enterprising sales representative to make a tangible impact.
