Long wait , no responses , no clarity , disconnected . No continuity in process. Just drops like that ! Candidate left to figure out what is going on ! Recruiter not responsive, keeps changing schedule - did not show seriousness

Entrevista
Initial with knowledgeable HR rep. Then 1:1 with the hiring manager, one with their peer, and two more, one with culture manager and also the US lead. Last is a role play business meeting situation. All scheduled within 2 weeks with good cadence. Very normal, professional people.
