Got contacted through a recruiting agency Three-step interview process. Started with a Skype interview and a quick code challenge over CollabEdit. Second, they had me come into the office for a long (~4 hours) session with two different challenges — one code, one product design — and an interview with the CTO, but they feed you lunch which is pretty great. The last stage was a take-home project, where I was tasked to build a simple data visualization app. A week later, they had me come back in and made me an offer. The process from first interview to being hired took about 4 weeks.
