It was relatively quick. From my first interview to my last one the process took 3 weeks. I had a phone screen, manager interview, presentation and then another interview with the Director.

Applied online and received an email for the first interview. Scheduling was easy, but was surprised to see another person's name in the interview email's title other than myself and the interviewer's name. (Likely another candidate?) Interviewer was late to the online interview for the first interview, had to reach out via email to ask if the interview was still going on. Halfway through, the interviewer said she wasn't sure if my profile was suitable for the role as I didn't have much managerial experience. But I had a couple of years as written in my resume. So she said she had to consult the hiring manager the next day, and will set up another call again within the week. Same thing happened during the next call, interviewer was late again. Had to reach out via email again to ask if I had the correct time. Interview went well, we had a nice chat, and the interviewer said my profile seemed really great for the role and that she will get back to me on next steps. The call ended and I suddenly received a schedule email for a "Prep Call" within the hour. It was quite confusing but I accepted it anyway, hoping for some good news on next steps. It was really just another call asking me if I had any questions for her about the role. I asked about the interview process and she told me she can set up an interview with the hiring manager the following week at a specific time and will drop me an email once confirmed. (By this time, I had already had 3 calls with the same interviewer, which is quite a red flag.) The next week, I received an automated email from Datadog, rejecting my application. It was a very confusing and unprofessional process overall that made it seem like Datadog does not have any clue on what they're looking for to fill this position.
