Applied online, same day recruiting team reached out to schedule an interview. Very impressed with the response time. Setup a 1:1 call with recruiter and then followed up with a call with the hiring manager.
After the call with a hiring manager, there was a two-part assignment:
1st part was to integrate Datadog Agent ( I choose to integrate on an AWS EC2 instance) and show it was running. From there you had to show that you were able to use one of the tools that Datadog offers (i.e. create logs, monitors, etc...)
2nd part was to answer a few example questions that customers could have.

I had a very disappointing experience with Datadog's recruitment process. After making it to the final round for a Solutions role, I later learned that recruiters had contacted former colleagues at my current company to ask for feedback about me. This information made its way back internally, putting my current job at risk. Not only is this highly unprofessional, but it also raises serious confidentiality concerns. I would caution candidates to be aware of this before applying.

Entrevista
It had 4 phases: HR, HM, Tech Assessment, Panel.
The tech assessment was made with an online platform, and it was really simple.
In the panel I had to talk about a topic where I was good technically and the interviewers acted like customers making questions etc (be really prepared on that). They payed me all the travel expenses since this last one was face-to-face
