The interview process at DataFox was the smoothest and most professional I've experienced so far with any company in the Bay Area.
The recruiter Alex Marquez-Shaw was always highly proactive and transparent, making sure I knew what to expect at each stage of the process. The team is very personable and makes candidates feel more like humans than resources.
I was impressed with the caliber of the hiring manager and the engineers I ended up meeting on-site. Their team spirit becomes apparent in how seriously they all take the hiring process.
Even though the series of interviews did not end in an offer, I commend the process and wish the team all the best for the future.

Entrevista
Fairly standard product interviews – hiring manager, engineering leaders, design, and other stakeholders. The company really cares about the culture (so make sure you check out their values) and spends a lot of time in the interview process digging into your experiences about how you approach product (both product thinking as well as process), collaborate cross functionally, and influence others. The interviewers asked about how you've handled different situations (including details), what your thinking was, and what you learned from them.
