it was a while back now. Quite thorough. A couple of interviews with the MD and other Developers. There were a lot of technical questions as it was for a particular project that i was originally hired to develop (a complex high end e-commerce site). It was friendly but professional, which is how it stayed once i got the job.

I was initially interviewed by 2 members of staff, one who I was replacing. The interview lasted about an hour, I was asked some simple technical questions and asked to show examples of my work which I had brought along. Being chatty, I ended up talking with them for 5-10mins. I was then shown around the office. Later on that day, I was offered the role.
