No formal interview, but extensive testing required. The process starts with a generalised - but long - test designed to simulate various elements of the job (creative writing, research, reading comprehension, data entry and interpretation, etc). If you pass this screening, there is an additional assessment that more closely resembles the typical entry-level rating tasks you would encounter.
