      Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Data Axle (Pune) en feb 2023

      Entrevista

      I was interviewed for tech lead position for Pune, India. Interview process constitute of the following steps - 1) Technical round with US counterparts 2) 2 Techno managerial discussion with US counterparts 3) Coding round 4) Leadership round 5) HR The above rounds were not disclosed at the start of discussing the opportunity (they told about 3 rounds including HR)and it keep on getting added as per there need. All questions were quite easy and straight forward. I was not able to move ahead of coding round due to compiler issue at the coding site. Even after adding correct imports, it was still giving error of imports. I expressed my concern to the Interviewer but he overlooked it. He didn't took efforts to see the applied logic but was more focused towards the outcome of the program. I discussed the same with HR while discussing the outcome of the interview. But she told we can schedule other round if you want. I rejected the opportunity as they keep on increasing the rounds. They took 4th round as coding which wasn't disclosed earlier. It looked like they were knowingly delaying the hiring process so that they can hire other resources. EDIT- After repeatedly calling , i went for two more rounds. And then they told that I am not fit for the role. So after 6 rounds(3 technical discussions + 2 Manager rounds+1 coding round), they understood that I am not fit for the role. I have never seen such process where they took 6 rounds to understand I was not fit for the company. They didn't mentioned more than the unfit statement. I am sure not to ever apply for DATA AXLE. wasted so much precious time.
