Recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn thinking I was a good fit based on my experience (currently a Data Analyst Team Lead). Had a phone interview. They mentioned next step would be a technical assessment. I did the technical assessment on Coderpad. It was incredibly easy, too easy really. Received an email a couple days later that they weren't going to move forward with me. I asked for feedback because I was very confident that I had aced this "assessment". Ghosted. I've been in touch with 3 people at this company over the past week and they just completed cut off all communication after I ask for feedback. Incredibly unprofessional.
I'm definitely not upset that I didn't get this position. I wouldn't have accepted it anyways, as I expect the salary offer was going to be a crazy lowball offer (look at the salaries, so low). The part that gets me is wasting my time to then just ignore me when I ask for some feedback.
If this is how they treat potential candidates, there's no telling how they're creating their customers.
