Hiring process was pretty basic; they asked the common questions (strengths/weaknesses, customer service, goals, etc.) I was interviewed by 2 people who asked a lot about customer service and personality traits. Sales experience is preferred.

Application online. YOU follow-up. You must ask for the job. Always be in touch with manager above the store level. People rotate from one location to another freely. After 30 days you can work shifts at several locations.
