I had one interview, and had to take a written test, fill in the blank- which took an hour and a half. I was asked about my previous work history, my strengths and weaknesses, why I applied there, why I think I should be hired, and what my goals were. It went great, and it was actually fun.
Two rounds. First front of house manager. The. Gerneraml manager. It’s fine. They’re cool. They don’t really care as long as you’re competent enough. Darden is a big restaurant so training process is very structures — so if u make a good impression, that’s enough for them to hire u
Very straight forward, might take multiple interviews but rather quick. Only general managers can hire, so I’d try to set one up w them rather than a kitchen or host manager. I

Entrevista
Applied to be a server online. Took the online assessment an received an interview 2 days later. Was interviewed by three different managers.Training is for a week to learn the menu. On last day will be validated an obtain a two table section.
