i just show very well dressed, with tie, long shirt, and i said, i dont have planes to move in 2 or 3 years, I'm very fast, i know how to listen, and follow the recipe, there is nothing i can't do and i have the willingness to lear.

Never longer than 30 min. Make sure you ask about the many benefits that they have such as health insurance and pension plans. Most of the people in the industry are immature so try to come prepared or at the least look prepared.

Very thorough and positive experience. Was asked to give examples of different scenarios in the kitchen from previous experience and what kind of work and behavior was expected. Manager was friendly and informative.

Provide an example of a situation in which you had to communicate in order to get the job done from your past experience
Super easy and straight forward. A few questions about past experience and that was it. You meet with the general manager as well as the kitchen manager to determine if you will be a good fit with the current employees.
