At first, I was very impressed with how transparent the recruiter was about the application process. I was explained each stage of the process, as well as exactly how long it would take. I had a conversation with the hiring manager that I thought went really well. But after my conversation with the hiring manager, it was complete radio silence from the recruiter. I followed-up a couple time and got no response. It is completely unprofessional to ignore an applicant who is spending time preparing for interviews and is dedicated to the process. I definitely would not recommend DailyPay to anyone.
