1. Technical round - asked questions from mechanical engineering like heat and thermodynamics
2. Group discussion
3. Personal interview - where they asked questions about yourself and there will be some questions from refrigeration system

Had an HR screening and then a panel interview. I talked about myself, and my resume. Along with this also why I like the company, and my background in engineering.
It was over phone and then we did an online assessment. The process was easy and they just asked past experience. The people were friendly and had no high expectations from the candidates. Overall easy entry.
The interview wasn't bad. Its based on what your department you are interning in. It usually has some HR people & some managers or directors from your area. Questions are fairly easy, not too technical.
