One "Teams" remote interview, one onsite interview in the city of Manila. After the initial remote video interview, I was asked to come out onsite and interview, which is over a 3 hour drive. I was provided lunch and was driven around and given a tour from about 10:30 AM-3 PM. They ended up promoting the person that already worked there, which seems to be what they had intended to do all along. I would be careful about interviewing here, as this seems disingenuous to the interview process. I attempted to call and speak with them about this politely, but my call was not returned. No compensation or accommodations were offered for my travel and time.
