I spoke with someone on the phone and they invited me to an in person interview. I was interviewed by 2 different team members then the CEO on another day. Both people I spoke with asked questions about not only focusing on my qualifications but my career goals. The CEO asked questions I wasn't previously asked at other interviews which made the experience enjoyable. The conversation was interesting, natural, not robotic or staged. She felt interested in me which made me more interested in the company. The other women I spoke with were young and vibrant; one discussion focused on the job responsibilities and the other conversation alloted me to conduct the interview. I felt like I was already a part of their team.
