Overall, very daunting interview process (tho each step of the process was easy to pass/get through). Made it to the final stage and aced the last interview/presentation but still got rejected.

First was a screening interview by recruiting team. Then they sent me to a senior person within the geographical area where they did a telephonic interview that focused on behaviorals.

Tell me about a time where you had to make a decision without all the data. Tell me how did you manage risk when making the decision without all the data. Tell me about a time where you improved a process; what metric moved?
It is a four step process starting with the recruiter and ending with the Group Vice President. everyone is very personable but will dig deep into your experience as a leader.
