The interview was pretty straightforward even without experience. Prepare to have behavioral questions asked like previous example of conflict resolution etc. It didn’t take long and they’ll call you to inform their decision.

Working with Shani was a wonderful experience. She is very kind and supportive and represents DaVita very well. Her support helped make the process much easier. Shani has been the best recruiters I’ve ever worked with and I am grateful for the experience.
My interview process included a panel interview and a 1-1 interview with the clinic directors from different davita locations. It was an easy interview and they're always hiring. They asked very simple questions like why I wanted to work in dialysis.
