Entrevista
I had 2 interviews. The first one was similar to the first but it was shorter and I only had 2 people form the direct clinic interview me. During the second interview I had 4 people interviewing me including the ROD and multiple Facility Administrators. They would zigzag their questions in a way that seemed as an attempt to throw me off my game. They asked a lot more behavioral questions than even the hospitals I've interviewed at. It seemed like they were trying hard to prod to see how strong mentally someone was. The interview was also very lengthy, approximately 1.5 hrs.
