I was originally contacted for a hospital davita position but was denied when I told the recruiter I was a new RN. She was nice enough to send me info for STAR interviews at their outpatient clinics instead. I interviewed with 3 people where they asked me a series of behavioral questions. Good thing I prepared for these types of questions ahead of time it made the interview easier. I got a call about a week and a half later.

It was very basic and seemed like a lot of propaganda about there culture. Seems vey focused on branding/imaging not sure this carries over into patient care. Found a better fit with another organization.
