I have a friend who works at DSWD and he told me about the vacant position and I did I grab immediately the opportunity to apply in DSWD and about the interview it was a great kind of experience because it was conducted five different department heads.

The application process took 2 1/2 months. After being shortlisted from the pre-screening ranking, you will be called in to take exams. Afterwhich, you will be interviewed by a panel.
I received my job offer 2 weeks after the panel interview.
