A really nice process with a long interview where I was able to know in advance what I'm supposed to do and how they handle daily tasks. Also, I was challenged to describe some of the previous projects I've been working in the past. The conversation over that topic made it possible for them to know what I like (and what I dont like!), driving the interview for the technicall requirements (some trivial questions about C and embedded related stuff).
