Due to the lack of specialists to assess the knowledge and give a fair assessment of the expected work, product and way of working, the interview turned into a pleasant conversation for getting to know each other and general explanation.
The conversation went into a cultural tone and a normal conversation, without unnecessary deviations and wasting time

Very friendly and easy-going style of interview. Just one conversation with the tech lead. It included technical details, but without live coding and algorithmic tasks. Mainly based on your CV. Yet it was definitely personal style of the interviewer
