The interview process started with a phone interview and a descrition of the position and company. Then I was flown to the coroporate office to meet with various corporate leaders. Everyone was very professional. I was impressed with the capabilities of the company. Follow up communications were via both email and phone conferences. After a second face to face interview they made me an offer and after a bit of negotiating we came to an agreement. I have been very happy that I joined the company.
