This was a video interview via Google Meets. I met with a gentleman who is a Program Operations Manager. There was about 5 questions asked. He provided me with clear instructions and expectations regarding my answers. He provided clarification along the way and provided me an opportunity to ask him questions at the end. The process took between 45 mins to 1 hour. We had a very professional and well-informed interaction. This was the first of three interviews, so no offer yet.

First, there is an HR screening call, followed by a one-hour interview with the hiring manager (HM). The process was quite smooth. An online assessment is required either before or after the interview with the HM. The HM is very nice and straightforward, trying to make you feel comfortable during the interview. I rated the interview difficulty as ‘Average’ since the assessment was timed, and the time was very tight. I didn’t see the total number of questions until I had used up half of the time...
