Recruiter reached out to me expressing interest in setting up a preliminary call, I replied with available dates and times...and never heard another word. Ghosted. I completely understand not being a fit for a position, but the job hunt is painful as it is right now, please don’t add insult to injury.

The interview process with Dish was honestly great. Their team, and specifically Caroline Cagle, were friendly, communicative, and professional in the best possible way. Everyone I met throughout the interviews was engaged in the process, and seemed genuinely interested in seeing if I was a good fit for the team.
