The interview went well with the recruiter. However, the test they have you take is rather ridiculous for a few reasons. I was told that I can get help with the questions from other people and that I can use Google. Yet in the email that has the link to the test, it specifically says not to do that. Is this a test of my integrity? Do the recruiters need you to pass that test to move on so they tell you to cheat? Overall, I found it weird. The questions are similar to what I had done for SATs. I have a BS degree from an accredited college. Why do I need to go through these rather complicated and not applicable questions before speaking to a manager of any kind? My advice would be to brush up on your algebra that you haven’t used for 10+ years.
They asked behavioral questions, followed by an online test a few days later, which the interviewer mentioned should be easy. However, I didn’t hear back after the test and received an automated rejection email a month later.

The interview mostly involved walking through my resume, describing my experiences, explaining why I left previous positions, and discussing why I’m currently looking for new opportunities

After several rounds of interviews, including onsite, and many late notice calls I took while they knew I was on vacation, they told me to expect an offer. This was followed by even more calls and eventually a text message that budgets had changed and they were retracting the offer.

HR emailed to schedule a screening call- about 30 minute long with the HR recruiter. Few days later, video conference interview with hiring manager followed by few sets of test a week later. The online test parts were several hours.
