I submitted an application online, and within a few days I was contacted by a recruiter and had an initial interview with her. Was then asked to complete the online assessment for basic math and literacy skills, and proceeded to a phone interview with the manager. There was no follow up after this, and in my attempt to reach out to the recruiter, received no reply, which seems a little unprofessional.
