Very unorganized interview process! Had a phone interview with hiring manager, it went very well. I came onsite two days later and was greeted by the hiring manager. No rooms were available for my pre scheduled interview and I waited in the lobby forever. The first interview was panel style with three managers who were not very personable. Pretty easy questions but it was pretty intimidating. The final interview was with the director and then I shadowed a SDR. The work environment was very tense and I watched two managers get yelled at in front of everyone. I never heard back from anyone.

The interviewer first postponed the interview last minute. When the actual interview took place I had the impression she had no idea about the questions she was simply reading out of a script. She clearly want familiar with the role and we couldnt have a conversation about it but simply answer questions she ignored the meaning
