Interview was conducted by two managers. They asked fairly generic questions that were focused on previous retail experience. Easy process if you are able to articulate why you’d be an ideal floor associate - extra points if you are willing/able to department hop.

Two rounds of interviews. One with department manager one with the store manager to see if you are qualified for the position. Overall a pretty easy interview process. Nothing out of the ordinary based on interviews with other companies. Somewhat lacked communication with new hires and interview process.

I filled out an application online and called a couple days later to check up on it and was called the next day to schedule an interview i was interviewed twice that day.and called in for a third a couple days. later they offered me a postion after trying to decide what position to place me in and i accepted
