Sent online application. I found it on LinkedIn. Then, had an individual interview for one hour. Competency questions based on CV and asked about your future plan. The whole process was quite relaxing.

Entrevista
Got an email for HR call, which then proceeded to an interview with a manager. Not only did the HR rep give me an incorrect time, leading to me being late to the interview, the manager dropped out of the interview process (?) and I was passed onto a manager of another department. That manager failed to show up for the scheduled time, leaving her two subordinates to conduct the interview. Questions were standard. Lack of follow up after interview, leading to a rejection notice two weeks before the start date. Very disorganized company.
