2 – Excel test
Easy Excel test follows right after the phone call, 45 mins to finish
(make sure you know how to use pivot tables and vlookup)
3 – Interview at Chinachem
Around a 20 mins interview with an associate manager
They're usually pretty chill I'd say
1. HR Interview
Purpose: Assess cultural fit, communication skills, and basic qualifications.
Common Questions:
Tell me about yourself.
What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Why do you want to work here?
2. Excel Test
Purpose: Evaluate technical skills and proficiency in Excel.
Typical Tasks:
Data entry and formatting.
Creating formulas and functions (SUM, VLOOKUP, etc.).
Generating charts or pivot tables.
3. Department Head Interview
Purpose: Assess technical skills and alignment with team goals.
Common Questions:
Describe a challenging project you've managed.
How do you prioritize tasks?
What is your approach to teamwork and collaboration?
the HR obviously just wanted to meet their KPI, asked you to interview for a post that you did not apply and not havning any related experience. You can feel that you are just a tool to help them meet their goals.
